REGISTRATION

EARLY REGISTRATION (UNTIL 31.08.2026)

Registration is completed through the Conference System, the integrated online platform for the event, where you can register as a participant, submit abstracts, upload presentations, register for workshops, and choose your table for the Gala Dinner. BDNH membership is verified by a screenshot from the Membership Fee section of the BDNH app showing a paid membership fee for the current year, or by another equivalent document. The document must be uploaded during registration in the Conference System to confirm eligibility for the preferential registration fee.

The registration fee includes full access to the lecture and practical parts of the event, full access to the sponsor areas and the opportunity to take part in practical demonstrations, the opportunity to participate with a presentation, meals throughout the conference, the Welcome Dinner, and a set of conference materials. Accommodation and the Gala Dinner are not included in the registration fee.

More information about preferential hotel accommodation options for participants is available in the Logistics section. Participants or their sponsors should contact the indicated contact person independently.

Participant Conference System

Visit our Conference System to register for the event. If your participation is sponsored and prepaid, please indicate this during the registration process. After payment is confirmed, your profile will be active and you will be able to submit your abstract.
